Finding Your Balance

The Equinox is in just a few days, when day and night are equal and for one day and night; twice a year the earth is balanced. It got me thinking how important balance is to us too.

For me balance is three fold. It is our mental, physical and spiritual health. I think of spiritual health as to what feeds our souls: nature, art, music, a faith or the universe, food, friends, family, connections, belonging and so much more.

How balanced are you? What feeds your soul? Nature, colour, creativity and connections are just some of the things that help to balance me and the current global situation challenges us all to maintain our balance in these changed times.
